This course is based on the book "Productive as Hell" and consist of a series of exercises to help you figure out what goals you really want to pursue right now.
The course consists of 2 parts:
- Mapping your passions, strengths, ideal life in order to brainstorm ideas for goals to pursue
- Narrowing down the options by eliminating phantom goals and deciding what to pursue right now
Whether you feel a dip in motivation, or are overwhelmed by options to pursue, this short goal setting course can help you clear your mind and set your priorities straight.
For this course you'll need a piece of paper and a pen to write along or use the exercise pdf to fill in.
